6:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. – Cowboy Social – Live Auction, Cash Bar, Vendors. - Ticket price $45
Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025
9 a.m. – noon – Photographs by Rugged Grace Photography, Vendor Booths open
9 – 11 a.m. – Registration
10-11 a.m. -- Coffee with the Cowboys
11:30 a.m. – Doors open, Silent Auction
Noon – Induction Lunch – Ticket price $75
1 p.m. – Live Auction followed by Induction
3:00 p.m. – Announce Silent Auction Winners
3:30 – 5 p.m. – Photos by Rugged Grace Photography; Cash bar, Vendors, WCHF merchandise
Weekend Ticket (includes Social and Induction Lunch) - $115
